Over a decade of specialist recruitment experience, with a strong focus on imaging. Sam has spent more than ten years recruiting into the sector, building deep expertise that has expanded alongside the ecosystem into oncology and the technology behind better care. He founded Cannon James to bring a more considered, relationship-led approach to the organisations shaping these markets, and to place talent at every level, from clinical and operational teams through to commercial and executive leadership.

More than thirteen years in recruitment, the bulk of it spent in imaging and adjacent specialist markets, operating at director level. Joe established his focus recruiting radiographers and imaging talent across the UK and has grown his expertise alongside the sector ever since, into oncology and the wider MedTech landscape. He co-founded Cannon James with a conviction that organisations in imaging and oncology deserve a recruiter who truly understands their world, their technology and their stakeholders, not just their vacancy.
