About the Role
A specialist oncology solutions provider is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow its presence across the UK. Selling a portfolio of oncology technology and services to NHS and private providers, you will identify new opportunities and build long-term partnerships with cancer care teams.
This is a consultative, solution-led sales role for someone who is motivated by making a genuine difference to cancer care while delivering commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business across the oncology market
- Build relationships with clinical, commercial and procurement stakeholders
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Develop account and territory plans aligned to growth targets
- Represent the business at conferences and clinical meetings
- Work with delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Solution or services sales experience within healthcare or oncology
- Track record of winning and growing accounts
- Understanding of NHS cancer care pathways and procurement
- Excellent consultative selling and relationship skills
- Self-starter with strong commercial drive
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
