About the Role

A specialist oncology solutions provider is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow its presence across the UK. Selling a portfolio of oncology technology and services to NHS and private providers, you will identify new opportunities and build long-term partnerships with cancer care teams.

This is a consultative, solution-led sales role for someone who is motivated by making a genuine difference to cancer care while delivering commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business across the oncology market
  • Build relationships with clinical, commercial and procurement stakeholders
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Develop account and territory plans aligned to growth targets
  • Represent the business at conferences and clinical meetings
  • Work with delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

What We're Looking For

  • Solution or services sales experience within healthcare or oncology
  • Track record of winning and growing accounts
  • Understanding of NHS cancer care pathways and procurement
  • Excellent consultative selling and relationship skills
  • Self-starter with strong commercial drive
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
