Imaging AI Product Manager

About the Role

A fast-growing imaging AI company is looking for a Product Manager to own the roadmap for its clinical AI portfolio. Working at the intersection of clinical need, regulation and engineering, you will define and deliver products that help radiologists and clinicians work more accurately and efficiently.

This is a pivotal role for a product manager who can translate complex clinical and technical requirements into a clear, commercially viable roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the product roadmap for clinical imaging AI
• Translate clinical and customer needs into clear product requirements
• Work closely with engineering, clinical and regulatory teams
• Support regulatory submissions and clinical validation
• Define success metrics and iterate based on real-world evidence
• Act as the voice of the customer across the business

What We're Looking For

• Product management experience, ideally in health tech or medical devices
• Understanding of clinical imaging workflows and AI/ML concepts
• Awareness of medical device regulation such as MDR and FDA
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical, evidence-led approach to decision-making
• Degree in a relevant scientific, clinical or technical field
