About the Role

A global imaging manufacturer is looking for an MRI Applications Specialist to support customers across the North of England. You will be the clinical expert behind the technology, training radiographers and clinical teams to get the very best from their MRI systems following installation and beyond.

Combining clinical knowledge with strong communication skills, you will deliver applications training, protocol optimisation and ongoing support that helps sites achieve excellent image quality and workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver MRI applications training and clinical support to customer sites
  • Optimise protocols and workflows to improve image quality and throughput
  • Support new system installations, upgrades and go-lives
  • Act as the clinical link between customers, sales and service teams
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product development
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MRI techniques and applications

What We're Looking For

  • Diagnostic Radiography qualification and HCPC registration
  • Strong MRI experience across a range of clinical applications
  • Confident communicator and trainer
  • Willingness to travel across the region
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Customer-focused and adaptable approach
