Capital Sales Manager, Imaging

About the Role

An established imaging manufacturer is seeking a Capital Sales Manager to drive growth across its diagnostic imaging portfolio in the UK. Selling high-value capital equipment to NHS and independent healthcare providers, you will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to tender, negotiation and close.

This is a field-based role for a consultative, target-driven sales professional who understands complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes within healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow capital equipment sales across a defined UK territory
  • Build relationships with clinical, procurement and executive stakeholders
  • Lead tenders, proposals and commercial negotiations
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans
  • Work closely with applications and service teams to support customers
  • Accurately forecast and report pipeline activity

What We're Looking For

  • Proven capital equipment sales experience, ideally in medical imaging
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of NHS and independent procurement
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
